Our Classic series guitars are Born’s workhorses.  These guitars give you all of the same great features and craftsmanship that we put into our full custom models but without all the extra frills.   We use all the same high-end components, but we keep these guitars simple to save on costs.  If you are looking for a custom hot-rodded axe that doesn’t break the bank, but that you can still modify to make you own, then these are a great option for you.  You have your choice of pickup winding and 2 neck shapes on all Classics.   The Classics, just like every Born guitar, still feature invisible or “binding style” fret ends, Sprague Orange Drop capacitors, Switchcraft jacks, high tolerance military-grade CTS potentiometers, silver-plated PTFE coated wiring, and Dunlop StrapLok compatible strap buttons.
